Why go 1080p True High Definition for your digital signage?

Most digital signage gets upclose and personal with the audience. LCDs usually hang at eye level or above the audiences heads but tilting down. The number one reason a 1080p resolution True High Definition LCD is superior to the 1080i or 720p is smaller, more densely packed pixels. Because of this feature you can get closer to the 1080p screen without seeing any pixelation of the image. Pixelation is that grainy, bunch of moving squares of color kind of effect.

Many digital signages are interactive presentations requiring touch screens. When the audience is close enough to touch the screen the 1080p will give the desired image definition at close range.

VarTech offers 37″, 42″, and 47″ 1080p LCDs with optical touch screens on the 42″ and 47″. Optical touch screen gives touch capabilty to the entire screen corner included. Go to VOI to read more about the new optical touch technology.
